Rosemarie Sullivan Sandman – TQM
Rosemarie joined Life of Purpose in 2018 as the Quality and Compliance Director. Rosemarie has worked for over 15 years in the addiction treatment industry and is skilled in developing quality and compliance programs. She oversees the organization’s licensure, accreditation, quality initiatives and clinical risk mitigation. She also serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer and in that role ensures your personal and medical information is protected. She previously was employed by Caron Treatment Centers as their quality director for Pennsylvania. Prior to working at Caron, Rosemarie was employed by Agere Systems/Lucent Technologies/AT&T and the Director of Organizational Effectiveness. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Alvernia University and an associate degree in business management from Penn State University.
Antoinette brings over two decades of customer service experience to her role as Director of Financial Services. She has been working in the substance abuse and mental health treatment industry for close to 10 years. She strives in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, from the time of admission until the end of their treatment stay. She brings an understanding of the importance of creating a space for our clients to feel safe and comfortable while on their path to recovery. Antoinette assists clients and families with their insurance and financial needs. She displays compassion while working with our clients ensuring finances are not a barrier to receiving the treatment they need and deserve.
Charles is the Director of Operations at Life of Purpose. He has grown up in the Philadelphia area, and attended Ohio University. Charles is passionate about helping those in the area who are struggling with addiction, as well as their loved ones find the help they need. His role as the Director of Operations is to ensure that our capable clinicians and staff have all the tools and resources they need to succeed. He is responsible for maintain our beautiful facilities, manage new technology, and incorporating analytics to help streamline processes to better serve our community. Charles believe the most rewarding part of his day is seeing families reconnect and clients become productive members of our city.
Sara brings with her 16 years of Communications and Public Relations experience and her passion for technology to her role Previously, Sara spent 10 years in various Communications roles with the New Jersey Senate where she wrote legislation, earned positive media attention, and assisted during elections to ensure a majority membership in both houses. After leaving politics, Sara went on to work in addiction treatment as a Public Relations Manager for Seabrook House. Sara now holds over 6 years of experience working in addiction recovery. Sara graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from Rider University, and her Master of Arts in Business Communication in 2010. Sara has seen, first hand, how the stigma of addiction affects family and hopes that one day we can change the perception of the disease.
Mallory has worked in the behavioral health industry since 2013 gaining experience in brand development, marketing, operations, and creating relationships with clients and their families. While at Rutgers University studying Special Education, Mallory experienced the devastating loss of a loved one to a drug overdose, and shifted her academic focus to Addiction Treatment & Prevention, Public Health & Sociology. As Alumni Services Coordinator Mallory is able to reach clients, Alumni and their families when they are facing the unknown. Mallory applies her personal experiences to her role and utilizes all of the resources she has come to know. Mallory also facilitates weekly support groups for the community and private meetings for the Alumni at Life of Purpose working on their addiction recovery.
