LIFE OF PURPOSE
Kerry Coyle serves as the Executive Director of Life of Purpose Florida. An Alma Mater of Florida Atlantic University for both undergraduate and graduate school, she is perfectly aligned for executive leadership of our academically-focused institution located on the campus of FAU. She will lead the center’s multidisciplinary team of clinical, academic, and medical professionals, and continue the elevation of standards of care based on evidence of efficacy, that is at the core of Life of Purpose Treatment. Experienced with more than 15 years of executive leadership excellence in behavioral healthcare, she leads with resolution and accomplishment. Ms. Coyle has served in various leadership positions at some of the most highly-regarded behavioral health facilities across the country. Her exemplary career includes increasing patient care and outcomes, legal compliance, program development, financial management, strategic planning and forecasting, cohesively creating working environments of appreciation and strong communication, clinical education, synergistic referral relationships, family programming, and alumni relations.
Alexis Rossi, LCSW, CAP
Alexis has been working in the treatment field for 10 years. She has been the clinical director for an LGBTQ treatment program, lead therapist at a residential treatment program, and the lead therapist for the treatment of adolescents. Specializing in trauma-informed behavior-based therapies, she believes that the key to success is empowering the individual to be confident in their abilities to maintain healthy changes over time through healthy changes in cognition. Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, and received her Master of Arts in Sociology at Florida Atlantic University. After working in the field at psychiatric hospitals, she earned her Master of Social Work from Florida International University. Alexis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Addiction Professional. She is also the proud trainer and handler of Life of Purpose’s very own therapy dog, George the Corgi.
Elizabeth Flores MS
Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life of Purpose. She provides clinical counseling to clients at all levels of care. Elizabeth is a native Floridian who has worked as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Director in Florida treatment and mental health centers for over 10 years. She received her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Mental Health Counseling from NOVA Southeastern University. Her personal and clinical exposure has provided her with the skills to guide clients to increase their awareness and debunk limiting beliefs that are constructed by their experiences. Elizabeth is passionate about being in service to others. She wants clients to understand and embody the belief that they deserve to live their most fulfilled lives.
Sarah has a bachelor of fine arts from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and a Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Sarah came to Life of Purpose with 10 years of specialized experience in the recovery field. Sarah is committed to helping people change their lives one day at a time with the use of evidenced based modalities. Sarah helps her clients work toward a happy sober life by sharing the tools needed to overcome trauma, low self esteem, low self worth and mental health issues, to guide them to be present and motivated to remain sober.
Claire Condon, BA CAP ICADC
As the Director of Case Management, Claire oversees all direct care and management of educational objectives for clients. She assists clients with a variety of matters, ranging from legal issues to discharge planning and more, focusing on intensive collaboration with the clinical staff to ensure the best service possible is given to each client.
She has over 14 years of experience in the substance use treatment field and worked as an EMT in both hospital and private practice settings. Claire received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She was named a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) and International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) by the Florida Certification Board. Claire is originally from Westport, Connecticut.
