“It is with great excitement we welcome Christopher O’Shea to Life of Purpose. His passion for helping young adults find and sustain recovery is palpable to those around him,” said Andrew Burki, Life of Purpose Treatment CEO and Founder.
As Clinical Outreach Coordinator, Chris will promote Life of Purpose’s mission to help emerging adults find treatment while furthering their education. He will also be responsible for developing and maintaining referent relationships on a national level. Chris will work closely with the admissions and clinical departments to better serve referents and clients in their care.
“After traveling the country learning about and training at over 100 programs nationally, Life of Purpose’s innovative treatment model and Andrew Burki stood out as change-agents that I had hoped to work with,” said O’Shea. “Their commitment to recovery advocacy, research, and to helping young adults find purpose in life is unparalleled.”
Chris has been a person in long-term recovery since November 19, 1998, and tirelessly carries the message of hope. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and is pursuing his Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University.
